Can I start with the free tier and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Our Community tier is completely free with no credit card required. You can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time, and your existing data and activity will carry over seamlessly.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Professional and Enterprise memberships are billed annually, but you can cancel at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and company checks for Enterprise memberships. Enterprise members can also request NET-30 invoicing.
Can multiple people from my company use one membership?
Community and Professional memberships are per-company, with up to 3 and 5 user seats respectively. Enterprise memberships include up to 15 seats. Additional seats can be added for a nominal fee.
How does the directory listing work?
Professional members get a standard directory listing with company name, location, services, and contact details. Enterprise members receive a featured listing with enhanced visibility, logo placement, and priority positioning in search results.
Do you offer discounts for multiple years?
Yes! Prepay for 2 years and receive 15% off, or prepay for 3 years and receive 25% off on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Contact us for multi-year pricing.
